Land deeds have been found in Battle Creek, Calhoun, Michigan 1837 and Hancock County, Illinois early 1840's for David Orser and wife Martha Orser.

I read them on microfilm and at the courthouse. I will check for copies that I should have. At the least, I will post book and page when I locate it. I'm in the middle of a move and most is packed. Sorry I didn't notice your request sooner.

1837, July 22. Henry Cantine and wife, Caroline of Milton, Calhoun County, Michigan, to David H. Orser of the same place, land in military tract, state of Illinois, Sec. 34 NE 1/4 and E 1/2 of SW1/4 Sec 34 township 5N range 7W of fourth principle meridian 240 acres.

1841 March 16. David H. Orser and wife, Martha, of Hancock County, Illinois, to Christopher E. Yates of the same, land NE 1/4 Sec 34 and E1/2 of SW 1/4 Sec. 34 5N7W 4th principle meridian. 240 acres.

1842, March 1. Circuit Court of Hancock County, Illinois, judgement against David H. Osser by Delmore Chapman. Land sold sold to Jason H. Sherman Sec 35 6 N 8 W-

1842, October 27. David H. Orser and wife Martha to Hiram Dayton, land Sec. 8 T6N7W 160 acres in Hancock County, Illinois.

1844, February 21. Daniel H. Wells and wife, Eliza R., to Martha Orser of Hancock County, Illinois, land in block 26, lot 1 in Wells Addition, Nauvoo.

1844, April 9. Martha Orser of Hancock County, Illinois, to Robert A. Russell, land in lot 1, block 26, in Well's Addition to City of Nauvoo. (This is about three blocks beyond the Nauvoo Temple.)
