It will be a long road and not an easy road. But the answers are in the dutch archives. And the archives that are moved from Indonesia to the Netherlands. But please remember there was a war going on in Indonesia and after the war a lot of archives are losted and burned. But this was a wife of a militair and her background was checked.

I am going to buildup the Familysearch profile add things there. Maybe then the archives of Familysearch will open.

I am trying to understand why this a very big puzzle. She is born in Indonesia. But at the moment of birth it does not have an administration like we have in Europe at that time. Then she have childeren with a high ranked dutch officier. So she did leave her parents to live with non indonesian man. Then she marries the father of her childern. And then she moves to the Netherlands and dies in the Netherlands. From the imigration and death should be papers. But where. Died in Amsterdam. So the death akte is in Amsterdam.

Ik ben een stapje verder. De trouwakte van Marie Satijem en de Huijer ligt in FamilyCenter van familysearch.com in Leeuwarden.

Het is een gesloten archief en verplaatst van Nederlands Indië naar Den Haag van van daarna Leeuwarden. De reden hierachter zijn complex. Maar ik ben een stapje verder.

Ik laat wel weer weten als ik het volgende puzzelstukje heb.

Toegang tot het archief is op afspraak en vooraf wordt gecontroleerd of onderzoek nuttig is en of je een betrouwbaar persoon bent. Als toegang alleen mIogelijk is door een afstammeling, dan zal ik het wel laten weten. Ik zal kijken of ik een fotokopie van de akte kan laten maken. Het zal gaan om een kopie, van een kopie van een kopie.

Het is ook mogelijk, dat het een verklaring wordt "gezien met eigen ogen, dat de gegevens correct zijn".
