What happened to the Help Center?

I have had a help request in for a week and it is still waiting to be assigned, and I have a Pro account? Is there some kind of a genealogy vacation going on that no one told me about?

The same issue for me.
Has anyone received any answers from them in the immediate past?

On Apr. 13th I received an initial response to a ticket submitted Mar. 18th. Tho I had gotten an automatic "request received" for it on Mar. 18th

On Feb. 25th, first live responses to ticket submitted Feb 4 and to ticket submitted Feb. 8th.
