Thanks Jim, I was pretty sure I already had it, but the smart copy ikon was not visible in my Chrome browser. After you confirmed that I have it, I installed smart copy using my Edge browser, and all is well. I wonder what the problem is on my Chrome browser. Has anyone else reported this issue? And... sorry to trouble you with my request :-)

Hello, :-)

I have downloaded SmartCopy to my browser and I would love to be able to occasionally use it to copy across individual records from MyHeritage and Ancestry.com. Even though I have a MyHeritage subscription, that orange Save button at the bottom of each record won't allow me to save it anywhere at all... which is proving to be a headache.

Hi, my SmartCopy stopped working on Microsoft Edge, but it still works on Chrome. Any ideas how to fix this? I've seen an "Authorization" window pop up before, but I have no idea how to make that screen happen again. Thx in advance.

requesting permission to use SmartCopy ... LOL would have been nice if I asked about 7 thousand profiles ago.
