William Collins, of Isle of Wight - Marriage date incompatible with children?

This William is said to have had children with Ann (King) Wilds in the 1640's, yet in Isle of Wight wills books, he is listed as having married her in 1673 or 1675.

I don't see any information about his family at in the profile. Can it be added as notes?

We have generational mixups.

1687: The administer of William's estate was Alexander Murray, who married William's widow, Ann King Wilds Collins.
