Mr. Mounts was a member of Church of Christ, of Washington Pa. He attended Washington schools and business college in Bloomfield, New Jersey. Mr Mounts had been manager for Washington Grocery Association for more than 25 years. After retiring from there in 1972, he was affiliated with Four Seasons Flower Shop for a number of years. He was a forme member of the Kiwanis Club of Washington
