Philip MAKEPEACE died 7/11/1883
To the Widow and next of Kin of PHILIP MAKEPEACE, late of Walgett. in the colony of New South Wales, Brickmaker, deceased, intestate. WHEREAS it has been represented to us in our Supreme Court of New South Wales, that the said PHILIP MAKEPEACE departed this life on or about the seventh day of November, one thousand eight hundred and eighty-three, intestate, having at the time of his death goods, chattels, credit, and effects within the said colony. We hereby cite you to appear personally, or by your Proctor, before our said Court, at the Courthouse. King-street, Sydney, on or before the twelfth day of December next, then and there to accept or refuse Letters of Administration of the goods, chattels, credits, and effects of the said deceased, or to show cause, if you have any, why the same should not be committed to ROBERT EMERALD TUITE, of Walgett aforesaid, Butcher, a creditor of the said deceased. Witness the Honorable Sir James Martin, Knight, Chief Justice of our said Supreme Court at Sydney, this twenty-seventh day of November, in the year of our Lord one thousand eight hundred and eighty-three.
