Please point to a documented Source for Ann Clayton having died in 1790 Sumner County, TN. The only Source I'm aware of is it's based upon the story as relayed in Jay Guy Cisco's the 'Parker Family' text in his 1909 book 'Historic Sumner County, Tennessee', BUT that narrative is about the Nathaniel Parker 1724-1811 of Parker yDNA Family Group #18 who 1st married Elizabeth Scott in Hampshire County, VA and migrated to Sumner County, TN. abt 1790/1791. It was Elizabeth Scott who died in Hampshire County, VA. before Nathaniel Parker 1724-1811 married Mary Ramsey Bledsoe in Dec 1791 Sumner County, TN..

The only probable link between the Nathaniel Parker 1724-1811 of Parker yDNA Family Group #18 and the Parker yDNA Family Group #5 is that Rev. Daniel and Patsey (Dickerson) Parker (dissertation) (the eldest son of the Elder John Parker) moved with his father from Culpeper Co., VA. to Georgia, in 1803 he moved to Dickson Co., TN. and then resided in Sumner County, TN from 1807 to1817. (See History of Middle Tennessee Baptists by J.H. Grime, Nashville, TN. 1902) Daniel preached at the Bledsoes Creek, Castalian Springs, (now New Hopwell), Sumner County, TN. baptist church, near to where the Nathaniel Parker who died in 1811 lived. Other than as a parishioner to preacher calling each other 'Brother', they are not related.

IF there is no documented Source for Ann Clayton having died in Sumner County, TN, then the death location should be listed as 'Unknown' until a verifiable document is located..

The death location is a mixup with the family of Nathaniel Parker of Sumner County who married Elizabeth Parker & then Mary Parker
