The Father of Ann'schildren is William Blanton aka known as John "William" Blanton. He was married to Rebecca Hobbs and they are both buried in TN. I don't know if Ann and William were married. But, Ann gave birth to Ezekiel Blanton in 1806, my 4xGrandfather in Knox County ( now Harlan County, KY). Many of Ann's children listed are Rebbeca's such as Aggie. Also I believe Ann is much younger as shown in the biography.

William Blanton is not the correct Blanton.
The profiles are locked

I created a profile for John William Blanton, husband of Rebecca., father of Aggie,

The tombstone and dates/locations in this profile are for that of William Blanton and need to be removed from William Blanton please.
Is there a curator who can assist?

And now I have found a duplicate for the couple John William Blanton and Rebecca Hobbs and merged them: John William Blanton, II and Rebecca Blanton Please check?
Thank you.

I have found there is even more confusion and likely conflating of WIlliam Blantons--- Christina Blanton 's About has a reference http://genforum.genealogy.com/blanton/messages/1522.html which says she married William Blanton b 1735

I disconnected John William Blanton, II from Christina Guinn but many of these profiles are MP'd and most have info in the About which will need looked at as well.

http://revwarapps.org/r933.pdf is helpful for this William and Hannah and names many mentioned on this William Blanton 's profile

"...that said William Blanton never applied for a pension, that he died about the year, 1817, that his widow Hannah Blanton died in the year 1833 about the last of Otr. or Nov’r, that the
said Hannah at the time of her death left the following named Children, to wit. John who is dead,
Elizabeth, dead, Vincent, dead, Rutha, dead, Joel, dead, Mary – dead, Hannah, dead Claibourn, dead,
that the said Aggy Johnston is sole, and only living Heir at law, of said William Blanton and hannah his
wife, She alleges that, the said William served the war through, to the end thereof, and became entitled to
Bounty land, and a reward of eighty dollars promised by Congress. If said Service, Justus the Claime, she
prays it may be granted to her. She will adduce proof of service Aggy herXmark Johnston"

I know nothing of Ann Blanton just that I was working on my Sarah Burke Webber Camp today and ended up on William whose tombstone was mistakenly locked to this woman's "spouse".

I have done some merging and correcting and am bringing attention to some problems in the tree and will now go back to Camp but am happy to follow and hope to offer additional assistance if I may.
