I cannot find a Yaakov Horowitz who dies in Vienna in 1631. I think he is being mistaken for R' Itzhak Halevi Ish Horowitz

I think the son Asher Zelig is mistaken for Asher Zelig Horowitz

I think the son Meshullam Zalman d. 1622 Krakow, supposedly the author of Darchei Moshe, is mistaken for Shmuel haLevi Horowitz

Randy Schoenberg,

Interesting and we will have to wait for the final volume from Neil to be able to figure it out.

Hi Randy, here is the list of books named Darchei Moshe. Neither the years nor the authors seem to fit.

which Darchei Moshe are you referring to. Any additional information?

Kevin Lawrence Hanit did you ever check on this one?

Randy Schoenberg,

I haven't checked it.

Kevin
