According to the Jewish Encyclopedia of 1906 Elkele Spira was the daughter of Rabbi Isaac Spira of Prague. Rabbi Jonathan married her there. I do not know if Rabbi Wolf Spira and Rabbi Isaac Spira are the same person. He was said to be the Chief Rabbi of Prague.

In Geni Rabbi Isaac Spira appears as Moses Isak Spira Fraenkel and he was definitely the father of Elkele and the father in law of Rabbi Jonathan Eybeshuttz.

So Rabbi Wolf Spira is Elekele Spira's uncle not her father.
