Hi,
My ancestor, Jacob Rodrigues Pereyra was born in Spain in 1733. He was married in Spain to Rachel De Leon. Later when they left Spain, there is a ketubah in Amsterdam in 1770, reflecting their Jewish marriage. They had at least one son, Abraham Rodrigues Pereyra born in Spain. They had another son, David Rodrigues Pereyra, born in France in 1777 (my ancestor). Jacob & Rachel moved to Philadelphia in 1792. Their sons also moved there as well as a daughter. Jacob & Rachel are buried in the Mikveh Israel Cemetery in downtown Phila. They died in 1806 & 1805. Their sons are buried in another Mikveh Israel cemetery (Federal & 11th). In the book, The History of the Jews of Philadelphia, it was indicated that the synagogue was Sephardic by referring to my ancestor.
BTW, my ancestor, David RP married in Bordeaux in 1807 (and later in London in 1820). Both wedding certificates indicate that he was a citizen of the United States!
David Kleiman tried to rectify and add to the website about my ancestors, but it appears that Geni has no record of them!
I have much more info, but would appreciate if my ancestors could be added to the lists.
Thanks,

Geni is collaborative genealogy. If your ancestors aren't there - add them - especially if you have documentation and sources - add that too.
Are these ancestors on your mother's side or your father's side? Your mother's ancestry on Geni at the moment doesn't go past your grandparents. Your paternal ancestry - following solely the male line - stops at your great grandfather. So you have plenty more to add
