I found family trees for Daniel Judson on FamilySearch showing a Lois Clark as his wife. I haven't found any other documentation proving that but it looks likely. Her brother Elisha Clark died in Milton, New York (30 miles from Gloversville) and Elisha's wife Parthena Clark was buried in the same cemetery as Daniel. Parnetha lived until the age of 96 so maybe she went to live with the in-laws after her husband died.

I found an entry on familysearch where someone said Daniel and Lois were married December 26, 1754 in Milford, New Haven, Connecticut. That led me to finding a list of marriages prior to 1800 at Second Congregational Church in Milford, CT. Two years later it shows her mother marrying a Deacon Judson. Could that be his dad?

Yes, it looks like Lois' mom Abigail Clark married Ephraim Judson who is the man I think might be Daniel's father.

[https://books.google.com/books/about/History_and_Genealogy_of_the_F... History and Genealogy of the Families of Old Fairfield], page 352 shows that Ephraim Judson was a Deacon and that after his first wife died he married an Abigail who died Feb 9, 1774, which matches Lois' mom.
