They are his only known children. There is a marriage in Tulpehocken, Lancaster Co., PA, for John George Mayer and Catarina Zerwe in 1746, which may be the Johan Georg born in 1725, but that can't be proved. Some reliable sources say that he married (2) Catherine (Kimball) Evans after 1773 in NC and that she is the wife Catherine named in his will in 1799. The 1799 will is definitely for Johan Georg born in 1725. His chIildren listed by valid researchers are George Myers, John Myers, Johann Jacob Myers, Susanna Myers, Peter Myers, Catharine Myers, Charles Myers, Maria Margaretha Myers, Sarah Myers, and Christian Myers. They are listed in his will as John George, John, John Jacob, Peter, Charles, Susanna, Margaretha, Catharina, Sarah and Christian.
