I don't believe my Mom's Grandfather @Thomas Pickering was from England. I will ask her. 5 July 2020.

I just noticed this. As I am sure you know by now, Thomas was born in England and came to Canada when he was about a year old.

Yes. I saw that his father passed away shortly after his sister was conceived or born. I did work on narrowing down which Pickering is Thomas’s father and I am pretty sure I have it right. Just trying to remember.. John and Elizabeth Ward I think.

I just sent you an email with information about John Pickering, Thomas’ father, and Elizabeth Anne Pickering, Thomas’ sister.
