I've noticed profiles made into Master Profiles with no documentation or source information. I don't understand the logic of creating a master source if there is no source information. Can someone explain to me why there are great profiles with multiple sources and multiple managers and they never see Master Profile status, yet vague profiles with only a Curator as creator can become a Master Profile? I guess what I'm asking, is why are profiles allowed to be Master Profiles with only vague details? There should be standards to adhere to in Master Profile administration. If a profile has no sources what good is it? It cheapens the Master Profile image and downgrades the good Master profiles. There should be way to flag these Master Profiles. Perhaps giving the manager a set time period to add sources or lose MP status.
For the record; of the 18,000 profiles I manage, I have never asked for a MP of any profiles even with multiple sources.
