I am looking for information that will confirm that Phoebe is definitely the daughter of Thomas Fitzrandolph and Abigail Vail. Some accounts have her birthday different from 1764 others show her married to someone other than Henry Frasher. There’s a lot of confusion My family history record show that she is Thomas and have a girls daughter and she did Mary and refresher and she would’ve been my fourth great grandmother.
