Maybe we can try a cut at the tree with this:
http://www.blankensteingenealogy.net/goodloe.htm
We should be able to get some primary records from Ancestry.com worldwide and especially FindMyPast, but it’s difficult to put an English tree together accurately without a guide.
The book it’s based on is in copyright, privately published, and apparently difficult to get.
The link solved it. wife of Thomas IV Goodloe Was “generation drift” - likely because her name is not known.
https://media.geni.com/p13/8d/e0/7a/83/534448398972ff07/ps08_048_or... - the original is a dead link, luckily we have the image with its sources. However it placed George Goodloe a generation earlier than http://www.blankensteingenealogy.net/goodloe.htm does. It’s arguable without 1) really examining English parish records 2) any other published compilations.
