Jean Nadel - Sources?

What are the sources for this Huguenot?

We have this:
NAUDE: This family originated in Metz, and settled in Berlin as refugees. Jacques (Jacob) Naude was the first to arrive in 1718 on the the ‘Abbekerk'. His father, Philipp, was professor in Maths at the Berlin Academy. His brother's child, Philipp Jakob, arrived 37yrs later, in 1754 on the ‘Slooten’ as a soldier in the service of the VOC.

Jean Nadel was so named. His 2 sons changed their surname to Nadé then to Naudé.
Jean died in 1609 according to the Weiss Family

Jean died in 1609 according to the Weiss Family

So far all that does is establish the existence of a Jean Nadel - it doesn't link him to Philippe the elder.

My Heritage isn't a primary source - much of its tree is copied from geni. Document are a primary source.

For whom do you have documents and what do they say?

Nah, - be more specific: MyHeritage have one of the world largest source collections, but MyHeritage profiles is not sources.
