We're showing this gentleman as serving in Co. I, 97th Virginia Militia. I can't find any record of that. The only Andrew J. Rinehart/Rhinehart/Rhinehart I can find was a Union soldier from West Virginia.

What are our sources?

Well this *definitely* wasn't going to be searchable. :) I'll add it as an alternate name.

>>> Rhineharaat, Andrew J.
>>> Side: Confederacy
>>> Location: Virginia
>>> Battle Unit: 97th Regiment, Virginia Militia (Spitler's)

I'll upload the sources shortly...

They mangled up spelling for his last name...

He was detached to work the saltpeter factory... But - he technically served the 97th...

Thank you SO much, Donald Franklin Colvin! A rare treat to get a response with documents so quickly. Thanks very much for uploading.
