I would like to clear up some confusion on this Mary Elizabeth Craig. Their are two Mary's in this family. I am the great great grandaughter
Of Mary (Polly) Craig and Thomas Jefferson Phipps.this Mary is the sister of Mary Elizabeth Craig Weldon.She was known in the family as Polly.their is only one Mary Elizabeth and her sister Mary known as Polly.
Also My great great great grandmother was Sarah Weldon Phipps sister of Thomas Fielder Weldon.She was the mother Of Thomas Jefferson Phipps. Hope this will clear up some information on your family tree.
