The Great Plague was not an isolated event—40,000 Londoners had died of the plague in 1625—but it was the last and worst of the epidemics.

We may want to update this project; I came across complete families who perished. I was wondering why they all died in Aug, Sept, Oct of 1625. Decided to research a bit more since one of the family members' children was all wiped out along with her and her brother.
All of them well documented with written wills, and all named in the wills.
At this point, I can only put them with the other Plague Project. They're related to Susanna Moseley (Burnet) it was her aunt, Kathryn Fisher that lost her life and all most her children. I suspect Susanna's father died as well from the plague; he was in business with his sister's husband. They were Draper's (wholesale merchants who imported cloth) Her father died in Oct of 1625. No wonder all of them fled to Amsterdam then to America.
