Account cancellation

I cancelled my account prior to the 10 day cutoff for the free trail, and I was still charged a yearly subscription. I need assistance right away in resolving this issue.

From Terms of Service - " If Member has a question about a cancellation, Member should contact Geni at subscriptions@geni.com "

Send email with your info to that email address. (Posting here does not count as notifying Geni.)

Aside - did you pay thru paypal?
