My mother was Alice Bertha Peters Rands Strosser. She passed away Nov. 26, 2016. Before she died, she was living in an assisted living facility. My daughter was packing up my parent’s house when she discovered a marriage certificate for Alice Peters and Edwin Olsen Rands. WE NEVER KNEW OF A PREVIOUS MARRIAGE. At this time, she was suffering from dementia/ Alzheimer’s, so it wasn’t time for any discussions. We are now just trying to piece everything together.
