Based on the following information I have determined that David's parents were not John Nathan Brown & Nancy Burham.
Attached is an 1810 US Census for John Nathan Brown. The census indicates three children 2 male & 1 female
We know that two of the male Children are John Quincey Brown 1800-1863 & William David Brown 1803-1868. The daughter was Elizabeth Nancy Brown 1808-1897.
If this information is correct, it is unlikely that our David Brown was his son. Note that I have entered the names shown as they were not included in the 1910 Census.
I am Satisfied that David was not directly related to any of John Nathan’s siblings. As the result of a DNA match with one of our family members, we may be related.
Nathan Brown’s father was Thomas Brown and his mother was Hannah Pittenger. Unfortunately, there is almost no information available on him.
His wife Hannah we have quite a bit on her. I believe that our David may have been related to one of Thomas Brown siblings. Unfortunately that information is not currently available.
Sorry to say we are back to the beginning.
