How to undo merge

Geni is a shared world tree.
So she sort of did «the right thing», connecting the trees.
The idea is to have just one tree.
If you do not like this you could look for another provider.

if you go to https://www.geni.com/profile/edit_immediate_family/ you can hide connection to immediate family you do not want to see.

Bozena Lech the shared tree has more than 150 million profiles, and of course most of them are irrelevant to you now. May be in a year or so you consider more people relevant than you do now. Your relative added more than you needed and/or expected; I can't see any problem with that

Deleting profiles is almost never a good idea, and as Job pointed out you can control (to some extent) what you see.
And nobody needs permission to add to the tree

On this link appears only my father and mother. Problems are more far from my nearest family. What will happend if I delete these people which er irrelevant from my tree. How it affect the tree of my relativ ?

Deleting profiles added by another user can be seen as vandalism and can result in restrictions on what you can do on Geni, so please don't do that.

Bozena Lech Contact the other manager and politely discuss the errors, Include sources to confirm your thoughts with her, and ask her to do the same to correct the errors and make the tree accurate.

She just merged it from others and they from others...... I see that I can not get any help with my problem and the topic began to cover something entirely else. Thank you

Yes, she included a wrong branch, but she has to consider it herself. I would like to delete all the people from Józef Łopociński (1764-1850) to the back in time including him, but only from my tree.

To end the connection: Choose change the details of the person on your side of the connection (click pencil). Select ”tab relationships”. Relationships are loaded, then you can tick which connection you want to disconnect.
