1910 Folktelling has her birthdate as 26Dec1846 in Gol.
I cannot find a baptism in Gol for a Kari Arnesdatter in 1846 thru 1848.
However, 2 years earlier, on 01 Dec 1844 we have [døpte: https://www.digitalarkivet.no/view/255/pd00000038137851 ]
Barn: Kari (f.14Nov1844 Bergsei); Far/Mor: Arne Syversen og Sidsel Larsd. Bergsei
I cannot find a death of this 1844 Kari thru 1846.
So, as with the question about Truls Ostensen's birth date, I wonder whether the birthdate reported in the 1910 Folktelling is incorrect for Kari also.
