Whilst I was investigating your other discussion I inadvertantly clicked on restore on a previous about me (my finger slipped on my phone and instead of opening it to see the revisions it clicked on restore) and I immediately reverted it back to what was previously there

Looking at the revisions history regarding "privacy" status

On 2 August 2018 the profile was initially created by Jens Kristian Ersbøll and the privacy was set as part of that initial create (Set as PRIVATE)

On 25 August 2018 the privacy was changed by Private User (Changed to PUBLIC)

On 20 March 2021 the privacy was changed by Joan Karin Marcussen (Changed to PRIVATE)

On 29 May 2021 the privacy was changed by Joan Karin Marcussen (Changed to PUBLIC)

9 hours ago on 11 April 2022 the privacy was changed by Joan Karin Marcussen (Changed to PRIVATE)

There has been no change to the privacy of this profile between 29 May 2021 when you made it PUBLIC to today when you made it PRIVATE

If you are concerned about the privacy of the profile I would recommend removing the profile managers who are not related.

If the profile is public any user can edit it
If the profile is private then only profile managers and family can edit it.
This is standard Geni and how collaborative genealogy works - we all work together on public profiles to enhance and improve them.

Editing a profile by adding information into the "About Me" is not "taking over your privacy"
