Searches for blood relatives and accounts which are not public

Hi, Is there a quick way of searching for blood relatives? I see some accounts with over 10,000 blood relatives.
Secondly, I leave Geni to set an account private or public. I'm opening old accounts and I'm seeing a reminder to change the setting to public, is ther a quick way to find accounts which are set to private but should be public?

To your question about looking for private profiles that should be public.

You can use the Lists feature to filter to all the profiles you manage and then filter on profiles that are set to private. Additionally filter on non-users. That should get you to a starting point. Use additional filters to continue to narrow down the profiles you think should be public.
