I noticed a potential inaccuracy in the biography of this person. It states that he signed the Dordecht Confession of Faith. However, according to Wikipedia (the most trusted source for accurate information - haha), the statement was signed on April 21, 1632. That is 23 years prior to the birth of this individual.
I'd suggest it may have been his father who signed it, but I have no evidence to support that claim. Maybe there is another explanation. I am certainly not knowledgeable on these matters.
