Lewis Richard Muller - Correct information

This is my grandfather.
I was hoping you could tell me where you got your information from because much of it is incorrect.
Lew's birthday was in December, he died in May, he had four children and one had a married name of Murphy.
I think you need to delete this addition as is in not accurate.
