Do any of you know who William Farrington's grandmother was who was converted to the Brethren movement by Charles Holder?. Oral tradition tells us her home became the first if not one of the first meeting place for Holders converts in The Bahamas.
I'm trying trying to gather as much history as I can on the Brethren movement in The Bahamas. Here's the little I know about William H. Farrington.

William Farrington was a wealthy Bahamian who was born in 1899. He was converted to
Brethrenism through his Grandmother. He was converted to Christianity through his grandmother, who Charles Holder led to the Lord. William Farrington was the first Bahamian Brethren evangelist who preached on New Providence and many of the Family Islands, he was commended by Central Gospel Chapel into full time ministry in the 1930’s. On New Providence he preached with vigor on McCullough Corner and East Street this ministry birthed East Street Gospel Chapel. Farrington’s heritage for the Brethren movement in The Bahamas is significant. He was one of the founding fathers of the United Missions Department along with Cecil Simms and Cecil Cartwright. In addition, Farrington worked with Sidney Burge (a Canadian) to start Emmanuel Gospel Chapel which initially stood in the Bain Town district. He also instituted the vision of united fellowship so united activities such as the United Conference Missions Conference was created to bring members of different Assemblies in The Bahamas together.
