As far as I can tell from JRI, Feige Dachs (who kept her maiden name as she never legally married her husband, whose surname was Donner) and David Haim Dachs were brother and sister.

No, Dachs was Feiga's maiden name; her son Nachman took her name because she wasn't legally married - Feiga's parents' names were Leibish and Pesel, like David Chaim, and they both lived in Rawa Ruska. (Don't want to merge without family input; I just stumbled on this on JRI)
