Hi Leanne, I haven't been back on Geni for a long time.
Regarding Richard Cribb alias Camden I think I was among if not the first of local researchers to identify him as Richard Cribb who died at Redfern in 1910.
However I wasn't able to find who his
parents were. Others researching at the time pointed out that he had changed his age for
his marriage to Elizabeth Jones as he was quite a lot younger than her.
Both withheld and changed facts on their various registrations etc over the years.
I think his birth at 1835 would be more accurate. His father was stated as John, but which
one and who was his mother? I left off there to research others in my tree.
There was some connection to George Cribb, butcher at The Rocks I think and a Cribb
gang in England.
