I havnt seen one single source stating he used a COA with a lions head. What is the source for this COA?

If you look in 'history', it tells you who might have added it. Perhaps ask the person direct?

Someone quotes:

""If, on the other hand, Mrs. Ramfrid were to die in Västergötland (in vesgocia), her hometown, she prescribes in her will that she wished to be buried with her father (Gustav) in the Church of Our Lady in Skara, ie Skara Cathedral. With almost certain probability is her father Västergötland's lawman (1260-1270s) Gustav Petersson (probably lion), who should be the son of Västergötland's lawman 1246-1253 Peter Näf (lion) Mrs. Ramfrid's brother Bengt Hafridsson (lion), who is named with a metronymic icon after his mother Hafrid Sigtryggsdotter"
