Joel McDaniel comes to me by way of several DNA matches at Ancestry who have not assigned him parents but the Thrulines list him under Trader McDaniel "Trader" unknown McDaniel and Sugi "Granny" Hopper Sookie (Su-Gi) "Granny Hopper" McDaniel The PERSONAL trees vary as to whether mother Nancy is a McDaniel or whether the father is the McDaniel.

The DNA suggests that regardless of the tree, Nancy is my 4th great aunt. Thank you for looking.

Cynthia Curtis, A183502, US7875087 - I’ve looked at this several times before and queried Cherokee researchers. Nothing has changed that I’m aware of. We don’t know the parents of McDaniel or his wife.

Erica Howton thank you but I mean does anyone know Joel, etc. This is a line of enrolled Cherokee and the parents are not showing in the personal trees as the trader McDaniel and wife granny Hopper. The Thrulines did that. To me, to them. It is just another piece of the puzzle and I am asking for someone to take a look at Joel. Not Sugi and McDaniel
