In her will she mentions the 2 eldest daughters of her son Abraham. The Abraham shown had only 1 daughter. He was often confused with another man of the same name 1647-1729. This Abraham (husband of Rebecca Carrington) had 4 daughters so it seems like he is actually the son of John and Mary.

Also, FYI, Mary's maiden name is Lilly according to some.

To all Christian people to whom it may concern, know ye that I Mary Andrus, of Farmington, in the county of Hartford, in the colony of Connecticut, in New England;

“Imp. I give to my son Abraham Andrus' two eldest daughters, each of them five shillings.”

Abraham Andrews

Abraham Andrews Sr., of Farmington & Waterbury

Abraham Andrews

I think the two Abraham's wives and parents are mixed up.

Read the UNTANGLING OF ABRAHAM ANDREWS.

Untangling the Ancestry of the Two Men Named Abraham Andrews in Waterbury, Connecticut, shows the importance of common sense. All published sources showed Abraham Andrews Junior having children more than a decade before Abraham Andrews Senior, even though that seemed illogical. Research in original sources by author Barry E. Hinman showed there was good evidence that Abraham Senior was the father of the older group of children, and Abraham Junior was the father of the younger group of children.

I attached the article to both men too.

This is interesting, as Torrey shows two Abraham Andrews', one show as d, 1731, who m. Rebecca Carrinton and the other shows Abraham (1648-1693) m Sarah Porter. It also indicates Sarah Married /2 James Benedict in 1707.
Using the death date of 1727 for Abraham, How could Sarah have remarried in 1707?
Looks like somewhere these dates got mied up. Mary Lilles Andrews died in 1694, so she could not have listed a son as dying in 1727.
