The death occurred shortly after midday yesterday at the Junee District Hospital, of Mr. Ernest William Freeman, of 'Clonlara,' Eurongilly at the age of 75 years. Mr. Freeman, who was a very old and respected residest of this district, where be followed farming and grazing pursuits, is survived by his wife; one son, Peter, of Eurongilly, and one daughter, Grace (Mrs. D. G. McIntyre), of 'Glenfield' Junee. The funeral will take place today, the cortege moving from the Junee Methodist Church at 3.15 p.m. after a short service for the Junee cemetery.

The funeral of the late Ernest William Freeman, of 'Clonlara,' Eurongilly, took place yesterday afternoon, the cortege moving to the Methodist portion of the Junee cemetery from the Junee Methodist Church, where a short service was conducted by the Rev. N. H. Kline, who also officiated at the graveside.
During the service at the church, the hymns. 'Abide With Me' was sung. The funeral was largely attended, relatives and friends being present from Eurongilly, Sydney, Manilla, Tarcutta, Cootamundra, Junee, Illabo, Gundagai, Bethungra and Wantlool, while many floral tributes were sent. The casket, covered with beautiful family wreaths was carried by Messrs. D. G. McIntyre (son-in-law), Ernest Boyton, of Boyton of Tarcutta, and Thomas Boyton, of Nangus (nephews). The floral tray was carried by Messrs. Peter Freeman (son), George Freeman, of Sydney (brother), William Boyton, of Tarcutta (brother-in-law) and H. J.Parker of Junee.
The funeral arrangements were carried out by Messrs. Black and Pickles, of Junee.
