i am a direct descendant of John Stevenson, born 1656, not 1650 in Isle of Wight, Virginia, USA and son to John Stevenson.
Elizabeth Boyd is not the mother shown in Geni as demonstrated by my cousin Mark Valsame in 2011 in a letter to me regarding the same error shown in Ancestry.com. There has been no evidence supporting this parentage and I request that Elizabeth should be removed from the Stevenson family tree.
