Don't think Major Henry is his father, more apt to be Thomas, born 1720 as Major Henry not born til 1865. Thomas Bonner, brother of Major Henry Bonner would be the most likely father of William Bonner 1854.

So, William Bonner born 1854 is the bonafide son of Major Henry Bonner, who wasn't born till about 1865. They must have learned how to time travel way back then.

Believe he is actually the brother of Josiah Bonner, sons of Colonel Thomas Bonner.

His father is looking more like a son of Thomas Bonner 1720, a brother of Major Henry.
