I understood that Isaac only had one wife, Sarah Mendoza.
Also, that his Father was Jacob de David Fernandez who lived in England and Jacob’s wife, the Mother of Isaac was unknown.
Also, I understood that Isaac Fernandez and his wife, Sarah Mendoza, only had
1. Miriam Fernandez (who didn’t live long),
2. Jacob Fernandez who married Sarah Abrahams (my Ancestors) who moved to Australia and New Zealand.
3. Rachel Fernandez who married a Mendoza relation.
4. Elizabeth Fernandez who also married another Mendoza relation.
5. Joseph Fernandez who married an Asher.
6. Solomon J Fernandez who I believe moved to New Zealand and married 1. Rachel Joel and had two sons (a) Emmanuel, who died young and
and (b) Isaac Fernandez who married Bessie.
When Rachel Joel died Solomon married her sister, Sophia Joel.
They were buried in the Jewish Cemetery in Auckland.
Most of Jacob Fernandez and Sarah Abrahams children lived in either Australia or New Zealand.
I believe I have it correct from David de Jacob Fernandez and his wife Miriam Espinosa and going back to David Fernandez.
And from Isaac Fernandez and his wife Sarah Mendoza.
But am not sure how those two link up.
