Blind River Memorial

hello my name is kerry syble milutin bakersfield calif. i have for years now emailed the prime minister of canada and the mayor of blind river the leigion of blind river and at least 50 more trying to find someone who cared and have found not one canadain who did. my g.grandfather pvt joseph willette 102bn 2nd central ontario d.o.d. may 15 1918 on his headstone in france it says joseph the papers he inlisted in say joseph everything to do with the great war is the name he chose to go for himself to go and die for the people of canada for everything i have read is beautiful but my problem is the memorial they misspelled his last name when canada asked him to go and die for the country of canada he went leaveing behind 5 kids and his wife so why cant i find one canadain who cares and fix this mistake can anyone please help i wont make through out the year and am in hopes of finding one just one canadain with a heart please help

Hi Kerry Syble Milutin Jr, I saw a your posted above message, if a exist some mistakes, then you need to go in office of cemetery then requested from them. Based at your official request then they will need to regulate and made a correction at gravestone. I do not know did you be there. If they gave maybe a direction back for that, that you need again contact to city hall or government or prime minister of Canada, then for this purpose you can take a lawyer, and he/she will do it and regulate in your name and your family. Nobody else can't do it instead of family, only a family members or descendants, or a lawyer who representation you. Regards.

No i am talking about the war memorial in Blind River Ontario there is where his surname is mispelled. On his headstone at Aubigny communal cemetery extension in France his name is good the problem is in Canada
