Father Brenin Ynys Manau Cynfyn ab Anllech o Ynys Manau
Brenin Ynys Manau Merfyn Mawr ap Cynfyn o Ynys Manau was the son of Brenin Ynys Manau Cynfyn ab Anllech o Ynys Manau. Brenin Ynys Manau Merfyn Mawr ap Cynfyn o Ynys Manau also went by the name of Mervyn "the Great" Mawr = the Great. He became King of the Isle of Man following the Irish rule of the island (which before that, for a short time, its king probably ruled over the Picts in Galwyddel).1 King of the Isles of Man before 682.2 He died in 682.
