Hi. Not sure why I didn't notice this when commenting previously.
All the birth and death dates and the birth locations provided in the previously merged profiles seem to be inaccurate for the father of Grace, Bill, and Arthur and brother of Matthew Gross et al.
This Wikitree profile has quite a bit of info about him and lists him as living 1859-1938 and being born in Cornwall (where the rest of the family lived). The gravestone in the Kawakawa cemetery corroborates these birth and death dates: https://billiongraves.com/grave/William-Morgan/20948064
