Unfortunately, Ireland has few records that far back. It's one of the great "empty spaces" of genealogy, I fear.
Sometimes you can use DNA analysis to figure out who an Irish ancestor is related to in the modern world. If you are interested in looking at this, there's a project you can read about here:

The other resource you can try to look at is RootsIreland.ie , which is a pay site but may have some records you could use. No guarantees.
