Per Great Migration: Immigrants to New England, 1634-1635 (Boston: New England Historic Genealogical Society; 1999) (I:643-5), George Allen had no daughter named Joan (or variants) by either one of his wives.
The parents and origins of Clement Briggs and Joan (Allen) Briggs remain unknown.
