Said to be the Bean family cemetery somewhere in McDowell County. (note, not the one in Upshur County)
A modern stone was placed in the last 1960.
No other burial at "The Bean Family cem." in McDowell is known by me.

See photo of stone attached to profile.

Sarah Collins being form the same Collins family that lived near the Bean family in the town of English in 1860

so we've now covered two sons of Jesse:
William Crockett Bean
&
John Reed Bean of Avondale

who else of the 10 VA/WV children were buried locally?

Jesse, his wife Nancy Jane, and children sold lot of land. I've chronicled this in the timeline.
One hint as to where much of this land bordered is the fact that the family sold to the Iaeger and Southern Railway... This places the property along the Dry Branch of the Tug FOrk.

Chartered in West Virginia in 1898 to construct a railroad from Iaeger, W. Va., to a point at the mouth of Jacob's Fork, Big Sandy River; controlled by Norfolk and Western Railway Company after 1906; dissolved in 1912.

artifact: "Iaeger and Southern's ISRX 9401 Pullman Passenger car named Pocahontas is on display as part of the rolling stock at the Old Smoky Railroad Museum. This is the museum at the Southern Railway Depot in Knoxville. Iaeger and Southern Railway operated in West Virginia from 1898 to 1912." https://www.flickr.com/photos/brent_nashville/31797871934

"Iaeger and Southern Railway Memorabilia Value Guide
The Iaeger and Southern Railway started operations in 1898 and stopped service in 1906 for a total period of operations of 8 years.

After the Civil War railroads exploded in the US with hundreds of lines starting service all over the country. This was the the age of steam locomotives and rail travel was still a luxury. Iaeger and Southern Railway items from this time period can be very valuable and items of most types that predate 1900 will be valuable if they are in good condition. Many collectors are looking for antique railroadiana that dates before 1900 so there is a strong market for anyone looking to sell."

Jesse and Nancy Jane to Iaeger and Southern Railway

This citation suggests that Ring's Branch empties into the Dry Branch... Is this at Garland or Avondale

The E.L.Dale family was part of the coal mining operations in McDowell. His sons stayed on in the County. perhaps the land passed to them?

see: E.L. Dale and his sons

Is it just a coincidence that E.L. Dale's mother, Lucina "Mahala" Estep , grew up with the Beans in English (then known as Perry ville) ???? See 1860 census data.

just found: Nancy J. (Beavers) Bean sold to her daughter and son-in-law

subsequent to that I looked at the 1940 census and saw this Fife family. It indicates that this was in Garland, perhaps right on the border of Avondale

My thought is that Jesse got his hands on some of this after his father died.
