Alexander Wright is my great-great grandfather on my maternal side. (my grandmother, Effie Gray Wright Barnett, was his granddaughter and I knew her well. She lived in Salem, VA, where the majority of my family of Barnetts lived. She is buried at East Hill Cemetery there.
