Major James B. Isbell Is not the son of Henry Isbell, Sr. Y DNA conflicts. This is the James Hatte peeled off Connecticut. I’m guessing he’s an original emigrant.

A lot of recent updating of nomenclature adds to the confusion.
We do have an issue upstream of Hanna Ritter Crownover I ran an ancestor report on her and found that
William Tompkins Isbell has both Major James B. Isbell and Major James B. Isbell as father.
So that needs to be fixed.
