Ada Chastain Crane married Walton Wiss Crane. Ada was my grandmother. My mother was born on August 17, 1912. Ada and Walton had one other child. I believe her name was Frances. Frances died as a child. My mothers name was Thelma Irene Crane. Walton married Ada’s half sister later. My mother, Irene married Everette Frank Whitmore in February of 1933. I was hoping someone could tell me what the R is for in my grandmother’s name. My mother was so young when she died. She did not remember much about her. She had half sisters and half brothers that she was very close to. I can remember my mother’s Aunts and uncles that we were visited when I was a child. I remember, Ida, Lillie, Oralee, Stella and other older family members. I am Eva Willanell Whitmore. I am married to Merrell Luther Henry. We have three children. Kenton Merrell Henry born April 25, 1953 and twins Karen Annette Henry and Brian Keith Henry born November 15, 1956. I do have a photograph of Walton, Ada and my mother as a baby which I can post ar some point. I am 88 years old and am on face book as Eva Henry. We live near Jacksonville, Fl.
